I do realistic paintings because I like to paint what I can see. I want people to look at this work finding tranquility, peace and comfort. Realistic paintings are all started on location with many photographs taken throughout the day to get the lighting just right. The paintings are drawn out and the undercoating is painted before the details begins. Months go by, as only about 1 inch is painted and hour creating every texture. Immerse yourself in the moment.
