Baixada

My name is Juan Calvet, I'm an artist and illustrator from Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. I've had my work exhibited at the Rio Museum, I've exhibited in Sao Paulo and I do some illustrations for some national and international brands.

I come from the Baixada where everything is more difficult, making a living from art coming from the Baixada is almost a miracle, but we'll keep battling and fighting to get further.
