Top NFT Projects of the Month, February 2023

For the third month in a row, the highly-skilled jury of the NFT Design Awards daily evaluates a batch of artworks in the categories of aesthetics, fundamentals, and innovation. The most brilliant ones receive the highest points, get rewarded with the NFT of the Day titles, and later get on the list of the top projects of the month or gain honorable mentions. 

The NFT space is in a state of flux, changing significantly the industry directives very quickly. However, one thing always remains stable: the amount of creative talent and decent NFT artwork continues to grow and raise the bar of quality. 

The results of February prove it as the number of top projects that got to our curated selection increased to 15 compared to last month's 10. 

Well, based on the highest scores, the winners of February 2023 are shining on the list, headed by a vibrant Anxiety Disorders NFT series.

TOP 15 NFT Projects of February 2023

Anxiety Disorders

Allocate some time to explore the Anxiety Disorders NFT series by Dxl, ranking first on our list based on the highest scores from the NFT Design Awards jury. The vibrancy of colors, perfectly crafted characters, and a powerful message rightfully place this NFT series on top of our selection, awarding it with the NFT of the Month title in February 2023. 

Dystokids

With the advancement of AI technology, our wildest dreams and figments of the imagination became possible to realize. The artist behind the Dystokids NFT series released his artistic urge, having imagined kids living in a dystopian future. His ideas resulted in terrific and also terrifying pieces of art made by AI. Both the conception and aesthetical side of the series got much appreciation from the NFT Design Awards jury board. 

Bowl of Koi

Take a look at the graceful and delicate Bowl of Koi NFT collection, filled with harmonious vibes and serene energy. Unique bowls with an elegant fish inside transmit peace of mind and bring aesthetic pleasure. Offbeat conception, excellent execution, and unmatched visual representation brought this series to the 3rd place in our ranking of top artworks of February 2023. 

The Moodboard Series by Fegarra

Perfectly-chosen color combinations, masterful brush strokes, and harmonious weave of forms and shades prove the unparalleled talent of the artist behind the series. Created using the Fegarra Impasto technique, the paintings look highly detailed, bearing a sculptural feel and conveying incredible plays of the light. Such immaculate execution couldn’t have escaped the attentive eyes of the NFT Design Awards jury board that resulted in giving this series high scores. 

Dromand

Aside from fine execution, absorbing storyline, and innovative approach, the Dromand NFT collection also bears a higher purpose – to preserve the planet's ecosystem. Tailored to maintain balance and harmony in nature, unique animals with an ambitious streak got much appreciation from the jury board of the NFT Design Awards. 

Personal PFP

Personal PFP is a series of generative avatars that come backed by pieces of renowned songs and tracks. These tokens come as a compliment awarded to holders of anotherblock NFTs. 

Inspired by the previous collections, Personal PFP comprises all the best features inherent in the prior drops alongside the sound loop which can be freely used in the web3 space. Such an innovative concept paired with superb designs earned the series an honorable place in our selection. 

Dead of Red Night

The upscale series of abstract NFT pieces united under the Dead of Red Night name is a brainchild of a renowned female artist, painter, self-portraitist, and photographer Elina Pai. In her work, Elina refers to what lies deep in our souls, speaking with the viewer through shapes, symbols, and color matches.

Showcasing the contrasts of passion and sorrow, expressed in red and black, the Dead of Red Night series evoked deep emotions and left a lasting impression on the jury board of the NFT Design Awards. 

Paintings by Allan Linder

From painting and sculpture to comic books, animation, designs for TV, and character development, Allan Linder is a versatile creator and a true master across various mediums. 
His series of Paintings infuses pleasant melancholic vibes in the hearts of the viewers, collectors, and the jury board, delivering the creator's message to the fullest.

PTT Punk

The vibrant geometric series of NFTs dubbed PTT Punk is a perfect example of modern digital art. The collection was crafted from solely PTT material, by the talented creator Touky. Made in the artist’s characterful surrealistic style, the series greatly stands out among others.

Cutties by MuriceSenshi

Introduce yourself to a heartwarming, cute NFT collection named Cutties by renowned digital artist Murice Senshi. The designs of the series were inspired by the characterful artworks of Takashi Murakami. Anime-styled creatures in the Cutties series have won the hearts of the NFT Design Awards jury board, placing it in the top 15 NFT collections of February 2023. 

Art by Lukar

The unsurpassed art by Arthur, better known in the realm as Lukar has gathered a standing ovation from the NFT Design Awards jury. The multi-faceted artist uses varied materials in his work, from copper, silver, enamel, leather, and wood to semi-precious stones to later transform the physical items into NFT art. Well, without further ado, his pieces look truly stunning!

Koroshiya

Anime-themed art generates a lot of interest throughout different kinds of mediums, and the NFT industry is no exception. Koroshiya NFT series by the Thai artist, known as animalparade, is an illustrative example of an admirable embodiment of tendencies realized in high-quality art.

Art by SofijaMart

The series of artwork by an impressionist artist SofijaMart shows how masterly traditional art can be bridged with mixed media. The drawings made by hand, illustrating mundane scenes and nature-themed sketches, were noticed and acknowledged by the NFT Design Awards jury board.

Peace of Mind

The vividly colored, deep, and emotional Peace of Mind NFT artwork by Ramon Gazhang rightfully occupies its place among the top 15 NFT projects of February. Transmitting the feeling of relaxation and immersing in a meditative state, viewers gain peace of mind under its sway. 

Burn Party

Burn Party NFT series by School's Still Out closes the line-up of the top NFT collections of February 2023 honored by the NFT Design Awards jury. Lines, colours, and geometry combined by the artist’s hand form unique and eye-catching pieces of art. Somehow weird but still exclusive, Burn Party is worthy of applause.
