The Chairman of Worm Inc., Mr. Worm, is required by law to appoint someone to fill the position of Chairman after he leaves the company. Worm Inc.'s Board of Directors needs to determine who would be most qualified for this role—someone who has experience in leading a large business, someone who knows how to make money, and someone who can work well with others and keep them in line without being overbearing or dictatorial (though Mr. Worm does not want another man).
