Introducing
We can't be the same for everyone. And each of us has our own world, into which we do not let anyone in.
Backstory: "Second Version of Myself" was born out of deep personal reflection on identity and the layers that make up our individuality. The piece represents the idea that humans are multi-faceted, constantly evolving in response to the people and environments around them. Each person presents different versions of themselves, adapting to various social and emotional contexts. However, there is a part of every individual, a private realm, that remains hidden from others - a sacred space that no one else can penetrate.
This artwork explores the duality between the external persona we show the world and the internal self we fiercely protect. The piece was made possible through a collaboration between myself and a very good artist in the NFT space named Tatiana. The reason for it being a collaboration is the blending of two creative minds, each bringing their personal perspective on this concept. The merging of these viewpoints mirrors the multiple layers of identity in the piece itself - two unique worlds meeting, yet both retaining the essence of their individuality.
