Legendary Pirates

The peak of naval robberies occurred in the XVII century, when the World Ocean was the scene of a struggle between Spain, England and some other European colonial powers gaining momentum. Most often, pirates earned their living by independent criminal robberies, but some of them ended up in public service and purposefully harmed the foreign fleet.
