This is a collection of physical drawings and paintings concerning Forget Me Nots Land that I enhance or complete digitally. When the buyer purchases the NFT they are purchasing the right to display the NFT in their digital collection. The physical artwork ( when it applies) and the copyright of the image remain in the custody of the artist. The buyer is NOT purchasing the ability to license the image for any commercial reasons. Reproducing, altering, advertising, and marketing the image in any way is not included as part of the contract with the purchase of the NFT. The buyer agrees not to use the image in any context- singularly or adjacent too other art or objects- that associates the artist with anything that can be considered violent, intolerant, cruel, or harmful to the physical and emotional rights of any human being. The buyer also agrees not to create merchandise or attempt to acquire intellectual property rights of the artwork.
