Divide & Conquer

It took a long time to realize, more than I would like to admit, that I wasn’t made to do only one thing. Constantly comparing myself to peers around me made it really hard for me to see. 

Naturally gravitating towards multiple directions, I’m constantly pushing for various outcomes. 
Although most of them are aligned towards a common goal, all of this come with a cost.

The cost of speed.

Slow and steady they say, it is easier said than done pal, trust me. When the entire world around you feels like it’s moving faster than you, it hurts.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to pick only one? Should I suppress all these urges and wishes to be like them?

Deep down, I know that compromising my essence is not an option, so… why am I second guessing? There’s only one way.

I’ve accepted it, this multifaceted aspect of my existence is not a problem! It is the sole thing that makes me unique.

Embrace it, double down on it! A one-man army.

As contradictory as it might sound, it is time… time to divide and conquer, by myself.
