The human brain has reached its current level of sophistication thanks to its ability to adapt to different environments in the evolutionary process. The brain works like a problem-solving factory and is an adaptive organism. While it is excellent at solving problems caused by external factors, leaving it adrift in a vacuum can cause it to create unnecessary problems of its own. This is where things can get dangerous. That's why you need to keep giving your brain new information and new problems.
At this point I would like to quote a famous designer: "If you want to make a billion dollar profit, bring me a billion dollar problem." This is exactly how the brain works!
